‘Excessive solid waste’ at Winton home catches fire before court hearing

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A home in Winton where excessive solid waste and multiple code violations were discovered, and a notice of violation and abatement was issued, caught fire in Merced County, according to the Merced County Sheriff’s Office.
