The small town of Riverbank was the scene of a bizarre impersonation on Wednesday morning, when a man was arrested after posing as a police officer and pulling over a female motorist. Riverbank Police Services reported that the suspect, Alan Rojas, was taken into custody following a report from the alert citizen who sensed something awry during the encounter on Oakdale Road and Freddie Lane.
