RIVERBANK, CA — ”On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at approximately 7:26 a.m., a female motorist made reports of a suspicious vehicle after she was pulled over on Oakdale Road and Freddie Lane in Riverbank, by an unknown male driving a dark-colored sedan equipped with flashing red and blue lights. After yielding to the side of the road, the dark-colored sedan sped off.
Deputies immediately responded and were able to locate the vehicle in a nearby residential neighborhood. At 8:12 a.m. deputies contacted the suspect, Alan Rojas, 43-year-old male out of Riverbank who was still inside the vehicle at the time. The sedan was outfitted with lighting equipment designed to mimic an unmarked police vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that the suspect displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication. Field testing confirmed the suspect’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
