Double homicide investigation leads to arrest of two teens in Stockton

Around 4:35 p.m. on May 26, SPD responded to the 300 block of South San Joaquin Street for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men in their 20s suffering from gunshot wounds. Police said both of them were pronounced dead at the scene.
