July 11, 2025 – Turlock Police Department officials report that July 9, 2025, just before 11:30 p.m., the Turlock Police
Department received reports of a two-vehicle injury collision at the intersection of Geer Road and E. Christoffersen Parkway. Officers from the Cal State University Police Department were first to arrive, followed by Turlock Police.
Turlock Fire and AMR also responded and provided medical aid at the scene. First responders located two vehicles with significant damage. One of the drivers, later identified as Elijah Bland, 22 of Modesto, was found pinned inside his vehicle and unresponsive. Despite lifesaving efforts, Elijah tragically succumbed to his injuries.
The other driver sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. She is expected to survive…
