Bill O’Brien and the Boston College staff went back to the recruiting trail on Monday after missing out last week on Carter Gooden, Amier Clarke and Jordyn Best. The Eagles extended a new scholarship offer to 2026 wide receiver Quinn Martinez from Manteca, California.
