(FOX40.COM) — Construction in Stockton began on Monday after the San Joaquin County and the City of Stockton teamed up to launch rehabilitations and improvements along Benjamin Holt Drive, officials said.
City and county officials said that Benjamin Holt Drive is one of Stockton’s busiest and most vital community corridors, as it connects neighborhoods, schools, churches and businesses.
