(FOX40.COM) – Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office is now patrolling Modesto’s main bus terminal as part of a new effort to address safety concerns raised by bus riders and Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority officials.
The StanRTA entered a nearly $480,000 contract with the Sheriff’s Office – approved by the county Board last week- aimed at improving safety.
