(FOX40.COM) — The city of Stockton approved a $154,000 budget to purchase two additional police pickup trucks aimed at assisting during homeless encampment cleanups and other emergency calls.
However, this move is drawing criticism from community members and homeless advocacy groups who say the funds could be better spent on services, rather than enforcement.
