Founder of Stockton motorcycle gang with ties to Hells Angels indicted on federal charges

A Lodi man identified by federal authorities as the founder of the Stockton-based Punjabi Devils Motorcycle Club was indicted on weapons charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.

A federal grand jury returned a three-count indictment on July 31 against 26-year-old Jashanpreet Singh. The charges include unlawful dealing of firearms, unlawful possession of a machine gun, and possession of an unregistered short-barreled rifle, said Lauren Horwood, a U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesperson, in a statement released the same day.
