A man who was pulled over near Thornton last week was allegedly found with thousands of fentanyl pills and has been charged with drug dealing, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.
On Thursday just before 7 p.m., the California Highway Patrol pulled over a white Nissan Altima with no plates traveling south on Interstate Highway 5 in Thornton. The officer alleged the car was traveling too close to the vehicle in front of it and was speeding.
