Following a traffic stop, over one kilogram of powdered fentanyl was found in a man’s car, according to the district attorney’s office. A lethal dose is just 2 milligrams, making this amount of fentanyl equivalent to more than one million lethal doses.

“One kilogram of fentanyl has the potential to take more than a million lives,” District Attorney Ron Freitas said.
