OAKDALE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE)- Volunteer divers searching for Whisper Owen and her 8-month-old daughter, Sandra, say they have found her vehicle beneath a bridge, west of Oakdale.
The group, Adventures with Purpose, says they used sonar to pinpoint the location of Owen’s silver 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. They say in a social media post that it is pinned under a bridge and is underwater in a canal.
The group says they found the bodies of a woman and child inside, but official confirmation is pending.
