A Stockton man pleaded guilty to drug trafficking, US Attorney Eric Grant announced Monday.
Felix Ortiz-Plata, 44, pleaded guilty to the charges after being busted with more than 250 pounds of methamphetamine. A second man, Anuar Castaneda Ortiz, from Sacramento, also pleaded guilty in the case, according to prosecutors.
