Rayshawn Williams, a 20-year-old from Stockton, pleaded guilty to dealing in illegal firearms, including two counts of possessing machine guns. Between May and July 2024, he sold 10 firearms to a confidential informant, two of which had “switches,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Williams sold guns on the streets, including two modified Glock pistols, for cash.
