Stockton Man Pleads Guilty to Firearms Trafficking, Including Sale of Machine Guns

Rayshawn Williams, a 20-year-old from Stockton, pleaded guilty to dealing in illegal firearms, including two counts of possessing machine guns. Between May and July 2024, he sold 10 firearms to a confidential informant, two of which had “switches,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Williams sold guns on the streets, including two modified Glock pistols, for cash. The case is handled by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, with help from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Stockton Police Department Crime Gun Intelligence Center, and is part of Operation Take Back America, a program targeting illegal firearms and criminal organizations…
