5-month-old found in meth trafficking vehicle during stop; four suspects arraigned

(FOX40.COM) — Four individuals were arraigned in court on Thursday, following their arrests for methamphetamine trafficking and endangerment of a five-month-old infant, according to the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office.
