Subpoenas issued for trucking company in fatal u-turn crash

Criminal and civil subpoenas have been issued to the trucking company involved in the fatal u-turn crash in Florida back in August.

The subpoenas were announced on Thursday, September 4th  by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier during a news conference in Hillsborough County, Florida.

According to Fox 29, White Hawk Carriers out of Ceres, California employed 28-year-old truck driver Harjinder Singh at the time of the u-turn crash.
