Stockton drug dealer sentenced to 15 years

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A Stockton man received a lengthy prison sentence for his role in a major drug trafficking operation. Charles Billingsley Jr., 55, was sentenced to 15 years and eight months for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and heroin, according to U.S. Attorney Eric Grant.

Billingsley was part of a Stockton-based drug trafficking organization from March to December 2019. He regularly distributed methamphetamine and heroin for the group.
