Animal Control officers in Merced County are working to keep the public safe after receiving several videos of a pack of dogs attacking cats and at least one other dog.
Authorities captured 10 of the aggressive dogs in Winton, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon. Two other dogs are still on the streets.
