(FOX40.COM) — Two suspects involved in an ongoing investigation into a gang-related kidnapping and torture case were released by court order, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

Arshpreet Singh and Dilpreet Singh were released on a $50,000 bond and are currently being monitored with ankle bracelets. Despite their release, the sheriff’s office stated that both individuals remain charged with felony offenses connected to violent gang activity.
