- 10th Street from A Street to Central Avenue
- Central Avenue from 11th Street to 6th Street
- B Street from Gillette Alley to Grunauer Alley
- 6th Street (Westbound) from Central Avenue to D Street (closed from 1–9 pm)
- Event Time: 5–8 pm
- Location: Downtown Tracy (10th St, Central Ave & 6th St)
