Man arrested a day after being released from prison, sheriff’s office says

(FOX40.COM) — After being released from prison on home detention, Gustavo Figeroa was arrested again the next day after cutting off his ankle monitor, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

On Sept. 12, Figeroa was arrested for burglary, which resulted in a plea of grand theft. Officials said that after serving four months in the San Joaquin County Jail, Figeroa was released on a home detention electronic monitoring program.
