Stockton, CA (September 18, 2025) – A collision involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle caused injuries on I-5 northbound near West Louise Avenue on Thursday, September 18. CHP reported the crash around midday, identifying the vehicles involved as a white Honda Accord and a commercial semi-truck. At least one person was injured and received medical attention at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Authorities have not yet released information on the extent of the injuries. The crash left debris scattered across the roadway, forcing officers to temporarily shut down multiple lanes.
