(FOX40.COM) — More than three years after a Stockton man was stabbed, shot and killed at a Tracy Chevron gas station, the trial for the two people accused in his death is underway.
Family members of 30-year-old Justin Peoples packed a San Joaquin County courtroom Tuesday, saying the wait for justice has been far too long.
