STOCKTON, Calif. — Neighbors in one Stockton community say they’re fed up with repeated mail thefts, which they say are happening nearly every week.
In late August, ABC10 first met John Schulz, a Spanos Park West resident who was a victim of mail theft. This week, his mailbox was targeted once again, but instead of staying inside, Schulz ran straight toward the thief.
