(FOX40.COM) — The Stockton Police Department is investigating two separate violent incidents that happened on Tuesday in the Seaport District. One incident involved a stabbing, the other a shooting, but investigators are still tracking down the suspects.
The first incident happened at around 4:45 p.m. near West Scotts Street and South Lincoln Street, where officers had found a 38-year-old man who had been stabbed.
SPD said the suspect had fled the area by the time they arrived. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police reported that solving this case may be difficult because the victim provided little information about what happened…
