The popular Food Fix Truck, once visited by Food Network stars Alton Brown and Guy Fieri, has closed after a decade of serving customers on the road.
Owner Hank Olson announced on Facebook that he sold the signature orange truck he called “Rafy,” named after the Santa Rosa business he bought the truck from: Rafy’s Taco Truck.
“Honestly, it was a good business move, just sitting there. Not doing much.” Olson wrote in the post. “The cost of parking and insurance, what are you going to do? With the restaurant (what I was really going for) and now the bakery, we have overachieved every goal.”…
