PATTERSON, Calif. — Luis Molina, a former Patterson mayor and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, died Saturday at age 60.
Molina died from natural causes, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office. He served three mayoral terms from 2010-2016, the city said.
“Throughout his life, Mr. Molina exemplified a steadfast commitment to service, to his country as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and to his community through decades of leadership and advocacy for others,” the city of Patterson’s statement said in part. “His lifelong dedication to helping those around him reflected his deep belief in faith, family, and community.”…
