Tracy, CA (October 19, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident caused injuries on the Interstate 5 southbound connector to I-205 in Tracy Sunday afternoon, October 19. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Chevrolet SUV collided with at least two other vehicles, including a Jeep, resulting in major right-side and front-end damage to the involved cars. The crash partially blocked traffic and created a significant slowdown on the connector route. Several people sustained non-life-threatening injuries, with some evaluated at the scene while others required transport to nearby hospitals. Tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles, and crews worked quickly to ensure the roadway was safe.
