The Stockton Police Department earned first place in the San Joaquin County SWAT competition. The annual event, hosted by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, brought together 15 SWAT teams from across California to compete in various tactical and physical challenges on Wednesday and Thursday last week, according to the Stockton Police Department’s Facebook page.
