STOCKTON, Calif. — Stockton police have arrested 25-year-old Jayshun Robinson after identifying him as a suspect in a fatal shooting that happened on July 22.
The department said officers responded around 3:00 a.m. to the 2400 block of Oak Hill Street for a report of a person shot.
