(FOX40.COM) — A man from Stockton was sentenced on Thursday to nearly three years in prison following his guilty plea to four felony counts stemming from a string of retail thefts he committed in September and October.
Video Above: Billions expected in returns for 2025San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office said that 37-year-old Aaron German targeted multiple retail stores across Stockton and Manteca in four separate incidents. Police said he reportedly stole approximately $4,000 from all incidents:
- Sept. 26 – Dick’s Sporting Goods, Stockton
- Oct.14 – Dick’s Sporting Goods, Stockton
- Oct.16 – TJ Maxx, Manteca
- Oct.16 – TJ Maxx, Trinity Parkway, Stockton
German pleaded guilty to three counts of grand theft and one count of a felony theft with prior convictions charge enabled under Proposition 36. German was ordered to serve 32 months in state prison due to his extensive criminal record.
