(FOX40.COM) — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred late Tuesday night just outside Stockton city limits, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to a report of a shooting and a vehicle crashing into a building on East Waterloo Road around 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 28.
