A 21-year-old man killed in what deputies believe was a targeted attack in Stockton was identified as Christian Alexis Vasquez, the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office announced Tuesday.
Two people, Haley Marie Morris and Samuel Victor Flores, were arrested and arraigned Oct. 31 in connection with the fatal shooting.
