DELHI, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver with paper license plates is wanted after a homeowner’s surveillance system caught them in a Monday morning hit-and-run.
Just before 10:30 a.m., the camera captured a black car crashing into a parked car on Everton Street in Delhi and immediately taking off.
CHP says the suspect car is a Hyundai with paper temporary license plates and possible damage to the right front end…
