SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office announced a new tool called the Grappler to help stop cars during a chase.
The Grappler is described as using a net that captures the vehicle’s rear axle, reducing the risk of dangerous maneuvers.
