In an effort to bridge gaps between law enforcement and local residents, the Ceres Police Department is hosting an event titled “Coffee with a Cop” where community members can engage in casual conversation with officers. The laid-back gathering is set for November 18 at the McDonald’s on 1500 Mitchell Road in Ceres, running from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, the department announced in the Ceres Police Department post.
