A Stockton man accused of unintentionally shooting and killing his mother on New Year’s Day pleaded guilty to lesser charges Monday.
In an amended complaint filed in January, Jkwon Williams, 20, was charged with the second-degree murder of his mother, Latoya Scrivens.
