November 25, 2025 – Turlock Police Department officials report on November 19, 2025, the Turlock Police Department arrested Gerald Eugene Pinatacan, 45, in
connection with a sexual assault investigation stemming from an incident reported earlier this month.
On November 5, 2025, officers received a report from an adult female who stated she had been sexually assaulted by an ultrasound technician during a medical appointment earlier this year. The appointment occurred in February of 2025 at a medical office in the 1500 block of Colorado Avenue in Turlock.
According to the victim, the technician performed actions that were not consistent with the medical procedure she was scheduled to receive and made statements that caused her to believe the conduct was medically necessary.
