32-year-old Zachary Buckner of Modesto was arrested around 9 p.m. by Dixon Police Department detectives with assistance from the California Highway Patrol for attempted murder.
Police search for missing at-risk 48-year-old man
The original incident happened around 11:55 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the 100 block of South 1st Street. A 36-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for serious injuries and is continuing to recover.
