Manteca Police Department’s “Shoulder Tap” Sting Reveals No Alcohol Sold to Minors

The Manteca Police Department conducted a “shoulder tap” operation on Monday outside five randomly selected licensed establishments to prevent the illegal purchase of alcohol for minors. Cadets worked alongside officers, posing as underage individuals and asking patrons to buy alcohol for them, according to the Manteca Police Department’s Post.
