(FOX40.COM) — Officials are investigating a residential structure fire that was reported on Friday morning in Modesto, according to the Modesto, Stanislaus, Turlock, Fire Department.

At 5:15 a.m., four units were dispatched to the 500 block of Washington Street for a potential structure fire. As they arrived on scene, personnel found heavy smoke coming from the front door.
