The City of Tracy is continuing its transition from at-large to by-district elections for the City Council. The city will hold its third public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7 p.m. The hearing will take place at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, in the Council Chambers. It will also be available online via Webex.
At the hearing, the city’s demographer will present several draft district maps. These include maps submitted by residents and those created by the demographer, who has considered public comments and community input. The City Council will review the maps, hear public feedback, and provide direction for further changes.
