A Stockton man who was present at the birthday party where four people were killed and more than a dozen injured in a mass shooting last week faces charges of 37 felony and misdemeanor counts, according to San Joaquin County Superior Court records.
Authorities have not indicated whether the charges are connected to the Nov. 29 massacre. No suspects have yet been identified in the attack.
Luciano Guerrero — known as “Nano” — was on parole for previous crimes when he was arrested Monday and now faces a series of new allegations, including:
- Assault with a firearm
- Possession of an assault rifle
- Possession of high-capacity magazines
- Felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition
- Criminal street gang activity
- Domestic violence (corporal injury)
- Ammunition violations
- Numerous firearms and enhancement allegations
Guerrero, who was identified as the father of the 2-year-old whose party was being celebrated when gunfire erupted last weekend, also faces a felony count of parole-revocation. He is being held without bail…
