Jersey Mike’s Subs will celebrate the grand opening of its first Stockton location on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting event.
The grand opening is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Lincoln Center, 405 Lincoln Center in Stockton. The new restaurant was expected to open by late summer.
