Driver intentionally crashes into victim, Stockton police say

(FOX40.COM) — The Stockton Police Department is investigating an assault with a deadly weapon incident that occurred in the Civic District on Wednesday night.

According to SPD, the assault happened on the 500 block of West Fremont Street. While the 40-year-old victim was seated in his vehicle in the area, the suspect allegedly intentionally rammed her vehicle into his.
