A Stockton father who threw a birthday party for his daughter last month — an event that ended in four deaths, including three children — was denied bail Thursday.
Luciano Guerrero, a 22-year-old rapper who performs as Nano and who is an active gang member, appeared for his second court hearing following his arrest. He is a member of the Asian Boyz and Muddy Boyz gangs, according to authorities.
Guerrero was arrested on Dec. 1 by Office of Correctional Safety agents for gang participation and or association − an alleged violation of his parole. He is not a suspect in the Nov. 29 Stockton mass shooting and is not charged with any crimes associated with the attack, which left four people dead and 13 others injured, according to authorities…
