Heavy storm conditions set to drench Stockton and SJ County heading into weekend and holidays

Stockton and San Joaquin County are bracing for heavy rains and wind gusts as an atmospheric river is set to cut through the region in the coming days going into the holidays.

According to the National Weather Service, storm systems will send atmospheric river conditions to the region this weekend. An abundance of heavy rain and snow are expected through at least Christmas Day.
