A man who violently invaded a family home in Stockton in 2022, killing a man, has been given 60 years to life in prison, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office said.
Frederick Wesley killed Tyrone Deloney, 32, and wounded Jozette Huerta, then 52, after invading their home at gunpoint on March 22, 2022, prosecutors said. Wesley threatened the children in the house with his gun, hitting one in the head with it, and eventually opened fire on the two adults.
