The Stockton Police Department is asking the community for help identifying a suspect involved in illegal dumping last Saturday around 9 p.m. near Shimizu Drive and Ryde Avenue.
As part of their “Who’s That Wednesday” initiative, Stockton PD shared surveillance images and issued Case #26-490 to seek tips from the public, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
